Started playing Ziggs APC recently and im having a blast. This is super helpful. Id been doing it for a week and a half with some success before i even realized i was doing an inefficient build path with Dorans - tear - lost chapter - gunblade - seraphs. The shield did help me a lot, but i struggled in damage for a good 15 minutes unless i got myself a good lead, so I just played aggressive and had to zero in on farming. Helped a bit being forced to play the game slower, but im in Silver so it just kind of goes long anyways. This might be my ticket to Gold - most dont deal with the ziggs split down here.

Another defensive use of Q is to throw it on top of you, so it stays bouncing for a couple of seconds and if someone like rengar or nocturne jumps on you, they will get damaged instantly, plus your next Q will almost be back from CD. This is also useful when someone is in zhonyas or when a jungle camp is about to respawn

You are right, but personally I don't like this method. The Q cooldown is probably not short enough for me to throw another when they jump on me. It's also extremely hard to time them jumping on you so theres basically no point in throwing the Q. I want my Q available when they jump on me so I can actually deal damage onto them. Zhonyas is true.

Satchel is his W skill. It knocks opponents are himself up. I think the skill is called satchel charge
