C'est la même chose, on a juste plus tendance à utiliser "mettre" pour le futur.

With the example, “Je ne sais jamais quoi mettre pour les marriages,” should mettre be pronominal (i.e., se mettre)? Can’t we substitute s’habiller for the verb?

You either say "je ne sais jamais quoi me mettre", ou "je ne sais jamais quoi mettre pour les mariages". You could also say "je ne sais jamais comment m'habiller", but we don't use it as much.

Why "QUOI" is used at the end of the sentence in many occasions? e.g. "J'ai tout mangé, quoi " Well mostly when spoken, and sometimes it is not in a question, sounds like just an expression/exclamation.

It doesn't mean anything, it's just an emphatic word, a bit like the "you know" at the end of spoken English sentences. It's very colloquial.
