How to use render masks in Arnold render for Maya tutorial

Hey man, I tried adding the map to the camera filter and the result I got was with unpremulted alpha. Do you have any solution for that?

@@StefWillemse the rgb looks fine but the alpha channel comes pixellated (unpremulted alpha). So the image will have black edges when mergin on top of the old render.
