You have, Dear Lorrayne Herrion, to install on your phone, Samsung Link for Android, and on your PC, Samsung Link for Windows, then you have to sign up and register both of your devices, on your phone and on your PC. There's several different options that you can use to be able to backup your contacts from your phone. Depending on the device you may have and its operating system. 1. If you have Android based phone you can synchronize your contacts to your Gmail account. Once you have done that you can verify the contacts have been backed up and stored by login into your Gmail account then go to the contact section and it will show you what contacts have been stored. If you upgrade to another Android based phone. you'll just have to simply log back into your Gmail account from the phone and it will download your stored contacts. 2. If you have an iPhone you need to check the device settings for iCloud. Make sure the iCloud is turned on and you have the green check mark turned on beside the contact option. And to double check login to your iCloud account and check your contact option.

You will only find content on your phone then on the phone hit the allshare play button. It will then find your TV. You don't need an app for the tv for it to work

Sherri Wilson Google Chrome cast is similar. It mirrors your phone to the TV. So essentially anything you see on your phone is on the TV. Little different that boosting your content to the tv

Greg Turner yes it does actually. Make sure it is connected to WiFi. You also have a Samsung account logged in. Then you'll be able to seamlessly have all devices linked. Make sure samsung link app is downloaded to the camera as well.

No. They don't have Mac OS support. I would say "yet" but I've had my Note 3 for a year now and there is still no support. Depending on what you are doing, there may be other apps you can use.

Please help, Jimmy Dear, because that's something that it's torturing for months now, and by browsing the Internet, it's a very widespread issue. How to set the default storage directory, because Samsung link it's downloading on the very small internal storage, with no other, visible at least, possibility to change it on the external SSD card. Also, at least on my Samsung Galaxy S4 mini, there it's no possibility of changing the default storage directory, neither of moving the files. All that you can set it's to show or not, hidden files and file extension. Thanks in advance, so Dear Jimmy.

Can someone give me a tip regarding this app? I used to play video using Samsung Link shared from Laptop to TV.. A few days ago, i decided to reformat my Laptop and reinstall all programs including Samsung Link, now they just dont connect anymore.. - They are on the same Wifi network. - Both samsung link and the TV's software are up to date. - Both devices have Samsung account signed in - Both devices are listed under "Registered Device" in samsung link. - Samsung Customer Service doesn't help me. - My laptop, through browser recognizes files i put in the shared content folder. - Error message: "No Change Player-enabled device is found."
