Brilliant advice! Silence makes the heart grow fonder. It gives you time to take care of yourself. It gives you perspective: how do I feel about HIM?? And silence does allow a man to appreciate you. 💜

I kind of wonder if it’s more that the woman isn’t hounding or smothering him, and also that he’s thinking that he may miss his chance with you. (Whom ever the woman is that’s giving him silence).

This is true with any relationship, Be it intimate, Be it a regular friendship or even with family members. I think, You are being generous with the 60% of people being okay in today's society, I think that the % is much lower . People are allowing today's society to dictate to them how they should be. The % of people that are or becoming narcissistics, today are rising at an alarming rate. I could go on. But I'll just say for now, we need to be aware of what's happening to the people of this Planet these days. It's alarming.

All good points. So true that it’s hard to get most men to talk about anything personal. They seem guarded. I think when men get together with other men, they rarely talk about personal things. Women, in general, seem to enjoy talking about personal things with each other. This key difference between men and women makes it difficult for men and women to get to know each other on a deeper level.

Just watched the video.Love the T shirt- it's cute. This video was so positive thank you. It's giving me hope when I actually do start dating as I was disillusioned and was thinking that I might as well stay single as it all seemed too much effort. This is getting me excited again 😆.We want the men to appreciate us rather than miss us😊.My mistake was choosing emotionally immature men and wanting the Hollywood movie romantic fantasy and being disappointed that it wasn't like that. That was the child Vivienne rather than the adult Vivienne- nubian queen. Your advice is excellent and I share your relationship iceberg with my friends 😊. Thank you for helping us 🤗.

Dear Jonathan, 16 years ago I lost tragically 🥴😢my 26yo only daughter, so I know your pain. We must be in a similar age. I watch your videos often and as a woman, I agree with that we are very different than men! I landed up being a single lady at the age of 64yo. After my 20 years of partnership/relationship with a male broked down when Covid started. We both were just drifting apart from each other for around 4 years before we separated. It's hard to live by yourself but better it is to be alone,😕 than lonely in relationship. I need to learn to love myself as I am. Hope to meet some good companion one day!

Jonathon you should have been my counselor when I started a serious relationship ( met on line) which I thought was going to go the distance...lol...…the face to face and hours needed to create a intimate connection. is true..my relationship did not have that...I had three years of constant phone connection....I saw him exactly 12 times in this connection( Corvid did not help) justified it as him living in a southern state and I in the north... not having that intimacy, physical connection and immediate contact should have been a wake up call...when I did address it I was given push back...I am not stupid and knew something was off...we really did not have a relationship but a situation ship...It boiled down to a phone pal...so imagine when he said "love ya" on a hot summer night last year (I was not having it) how it hit my spirit....I did not blow up, but deep dive and inquire regarding the comment...he felt some kind of way emotionally regarding the inquiry( felt I was disregarding his feeling)… strangely, this man forgot that for 3 plus years I had been trying to hear this from him... apparently, my feelings and needs were disregarded...I desired more and a better connection and kept being pushed back...Last July, he said good night and I did not hear from him again... three months (after the " Goodnight") I got the generic breadcrumb greeting on my birthday.... I texted back "thank you"... there is and will be no further communication done on my part none has been done on his part either. Ten months later and this shit plays like a repeated tape in my head...however, I am working through it and moving on in my life.... You may call my action" grand standing " however I call it deserving more than what I was getting... I refuse to let a man disrespect, disregard, ignore or even meddle with with my dignity or self worth....love don't live here anymore.... I get it now, and wish the thought process had been there from the gate....Ladies Jonathon is giving you real solid advice...a relationship is work and must be work at and on...if you the man in your life is not making the time and effort to do this , leave immediately... you are a option not a selection....after the age of 50 plus who has time to waste? you can bet I won't now...thanks Jonathon...

What I enjoy about your content is the advice regarding the Mindset ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️(8 is the life number in Japanese culture (8 ❤️) , it's the forever / eternity ♾️ number) Is Jonathon familiar with Michael Bolton song "Forever ♾️ Isn't Long Enough" ? It's incredible , and his other song "Completely" is like emotional guidance , his music 🎵🎶 helps me. . . Jonathon 🙂 Michael Bolton songs are genius : "Time Love and Tenderness" in my opinion his best ever , "Steel Bars" perfect in every sense. . . Michael Bolton songs have taught me what I know about loving a man. . . I thought I would share. . . Sending Love , Bianca

I don't want my boyfriend of 16 years missing me, although his dog does. I moved 1 state away earlier this year, & after I left yesterday, his dog went into the guest bedroom & got into my bed! She will be happy to see me on my next visit! I want my boyfriend happy though & not missing me.

Thank You, you are telling about the truth, that Young People don't know nothing about 👌👍🥰, I am older now, I know it all, but some other relationship coacher are talking about" leaning back"!! It's so wrong, how is a woman created, if she's going to lean back all time LoL 👍🤗😁🥰, Love your videos ❣️❣️❣️

Well since Jonathan mentioned living in Southern California I'm here to say that I moved to Ventura,CA from Chicago about 7 years ago I've been going back and forth for over 20 years I just find the men native to California especially Southern California for the most part to be kind of immature or maybe just have different sensibilities than what I'm used to. needless to say I've never gone out with a Cali guy or "dude " all my monkey business happened in the Midwest and I think I'm a little jaded. I just find people in general, here, are invested in being "cool"whatever that means and a lot of age inappropriate dressing for both men and women. Confession: fact is is I just don't want to put any amount of energy into a relationship which is fine but I'm curious about the dynamics. I never lost my curiosity about the dynamics of the man woman thing and comparing and contrasting and remembering my relationships it's sort of hindsight 2020 thing. So, I guess I can say that romance is more mental exercise now. I like the theory I definitely see how the landscapes and playing fields have morphed into something pretty unnatural especially since the Advent of Internet and so cellular technology when it finally became available to not just doctors and professionals but to the general public. Anyway I just needed to say what I said thank you to the forum for reading any part of this

Jonathon I do not have time with guys ghosting-so I block them-treat people the way they treat you-if their going to disrespect you then you just block them as that kind of behaviour would not be tolerated,
