Q1.How to add a ceiling fan light remote control kit for SMART LIFE？
--“Please connect the line first, and then turn on the power. If your fan or light has a switch, please turn it on and adjust it to the highest wind speed position.”
STEP 1.Open "Smart Life" Mobile APP.
STEP 2.Press the "+" button in the top right corner of the mobile App.
STEP 3.Choose to Add Manually or Auto Scan.
--“You need to turn on Wi-Fi and mobile phone positioning. If you choose Auto Scan, you also need to turn on Bluetooth!”
Under ' Add Manually ' :
①Select ' Small Home Appliances '
②Select "Fan(Wi-Fi)"
③Select 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi Network and enter password.(If your Wi-Fi is 5GHz,please set it to be 2.4GHz)
④Reset the device
After at least 5 s power-on, press the "Light + Hi" remote control button until you hear 3 long Beep.
⑤Check 'Confrim the indicator is blinking repidly'
⑥Adding device...
Wait for the Scanning devices,register on Cloud and Initialize the divece.
⑦Added successfully.
Under ' Auto Scan '：
①Enable permissions for scanning devices，including location,Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
②Select 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi Network and enter password.
③Connecting...
--“Place your router,mobile phone,add device as close as possible”
Wait for the Device found,Register Device to Smart Cloud and Initializing device.
④Added successfully.
Tip:If the scan is not available, reset the device.
Q2.How to turn off the beep of the controller?
When your phone is connected to the device, open the fan switch, turn the fan, open the settings, you can see the voice options.

Mine just stopped support 3 speed. Now level one turns the fan off and level 2 and 3 are both high speed. What should I do

I have Smart life connected to Amazon alexa. But alexa won't control the fan. Says not supported. Even tho in the app i can use life a remote? How can I get alexa to work it using voice control
