How do you pair the fire tv I tried and it never shows up in the Bluetooth control section on my firetv?

@@KrystalWangTech When pairing the Shield Pro 2019..the screen says pairing with Shield and just sits there. I have the Shield turned on and using the bluetooth..Any ideas..Thanks

Just got this remote love it had no problems getting paired to my amazon box TV turns on and off volume works only issue is switching from TV mode back to firetv what am I doing wrong because just changing it from TV to firetv in the display screen does not do it plz help
