Friends of mine master their music on programs like Adobe Premier, can it be done in Vegas? If so it would save me a lot of money!

you can do quite a lot on Vegas but its not a audio mastering software as such. If you understand acoustics and filters then it is sufficient.

its you audio settings. Please check the "audio device" settings under the preferences tab
