14:43 if in Tsup it is given 80° or 210° or some other value which is not mentioned how to calculate that?

At 80℃ there is no superheated steam. Superheating of steam starts at 100℃. So that 80℃ parameters are not there. The temperatures which are not given like you say 210℃ can be calculated by using interpolation which I have explained in the same video after that question.

In the exam, 1) Only temperature is given then you should use temperature table. 2) Only pressure is given then you should use pressure table. 3) Both temperature & pressure is given then you should use superheated steam table.

In my point of view, vfg is not given because evaporation is a process so vfg is not given. If we need we can calculate by vfg = vg - vf. For process enthalpy & entropy is needed so given hfg & sfg.
