How to use StorePep to Perform Order Fulfilment

Thanks for this. Do the vendors get their own logins created by one admin? And is there an app or is it logged in though website? how are they notified of a pending order? Is it through Dokan or storepep. What about return labels?

Hi Deepika... regarding your queries about StorePep, i.) when the admin creates the vendors or vendors get registered they get a login for the vendor dashboard from where they can perform actions on the orders they get.. they won't get a storepep login... ii.) vendors will be able to log in through the store.. and the admin can log in via ship.storepep.com iii.) vendors will be notified via emails to their registered email ID and even the vendor dashboard will have a notification based on which multi-vendor solution you use (DOKAN, WCFM, etc.) v.) and regarding the return labels for vendors... we haven't go any requests for vendor returns however, we do support normal return labels for some of the shipping carriers... we will be more than happy to discuss your business case involving the returns... Thank you. I have another question. If I go ahead with store pep, can some sellers still choose their own shipping method or will all sellers by default have to use the platform shipping?

@@deepikapillai88 Well it all depends on you preference... if you want vendors to use their own shipping carriers, you need to add their shipping accounts to the StorePep and create shipping rules for the vendors... or, if you want every vendor to use the platform shipping (assuming that you use free/flat rate shipping or even a single shipping carrier account), you can do so as well by creating shipping rules that are applicable throughout the store irrespective of the vendors...
