Great tip. When you said corn starch and powdered sugar mix, is there a ratio that you use ?

amaniemom it's 50:50 ratio. but sometimes if it's humid, i do a bit more cornstarch than powdered sugar, so it's less sticky. but usually it's a 50:50 ratio recommended from cake books :)
