I gave up on the denman brush almost immediately because I found it kept catching on tangles and I couldn't figure out what angle and tension to get the curls to clump, but this is SO different and I think it might actually work, especially if I wet my hair down a lot more. I'm just starting my curly hair journey so this will probably also help train my hair to bring out the curl pattern more. Thank you!

It’s not a brush for detangling, so make sure your hair is already detangled before starting. I never saw the need for this brush but after getting one I immediately understood the hype, because the difference is huge!

the brush is not to detangle ur hair, and you should always style ur hair when it’s wet. Not dry. + make sure to use products like serums, mousees, oils, leave in creams etc

I do something similar to this, I have 2c/3a hair type and it’s made such a difference, yes my styling routine feels longer now but it’s worth it because you’re able to extend your wash day without frizz and refreshing is a breeze. I also love to air dry for a bit before diffusing because less frizz ! Key difference: I apply a leave in or curl cream, style with the brush and then when I scrunch the hair up I use gel to seal it all in.

@@juliazolotarev4984 Hey! I apologize for the late reply but I had to try it twice and I wash every 7 days. Conclusion: It does work. It is tricky and my hair sometimes got caught in the brush. This may be resolved with more practice. Also, I had to take much smaller sections because the circumstance of my curls are much smaller than hers. Give it a try 😀

My hair is thin (but I have a lot of it!) and my curls are very soft (I have 2C/3A/3B). I've tryed this method but I wasn't sure if it was going to work and OMG 😍 my curls were able to clump together even 3 days after my wash day! Hey thanks! Have you seen bounce curl? They’re vegan. It’s a little pricey but the clump and define cream is similar to Cantu but works better and smells amazing. Also a little goes a long way it’s crazy. Also there are a ton of small businesses with amazing creams like Cantu.
