Diver’s watches have a micro-adjustment feature, which allows for small size changes to be made.
Begin by releasing the clasp lock and open the watch clasp. Compress the spring bar with a suitably sized tool and release the bracelet from the clasp.
To make a micro-adjustment, place one end of the spring bar into the chosen position. Compress the top of the spring bar and guide it into the opposite side.
Close the clasp.
Diver’s watches also allow for adjustments with wet suits.
To do this, release the clasp lock and locate the hinge underneath the clasp. Insert a fingernail under the hinge and unhook the extension from the clasp lock. You will now be able to wear your watch over your wetsuit.
To return the bracelet to its original size, hook the extension back over the end of the clasp and push the extension back under the bracelet.
