The "Tool" page does not appear on my hn4 pro. How do I select multi track recording mode?

Thank you. I have a new model and under the record setting there is no option to choose the format. I can't find it anywhere. I need a wav file, but don't where to select that. The menu only shows Auto Rec and File Name??? Have you heard of this change? There is also no "Mode" choice at all, only "Play Mode". The short cut keys of Wav/mp3 also don't do anything. I must be missing something? Thank you!

When using the recorder it should be recording in .WAV automatically. Make a quick test recording and put your SD card into your PC/Laptop and see what file type it is.

The issue turned out to be the fact that there is a little switch inside the battery compartment which comes switched to "STAMINA" ON... when that's on the menu choices are limited, but the stereo light is lit. Just have to switch it off. Took me a while to find that and no one talks about it. Thanks again!

Yes, it can be used as a soundcard plugged into a PC/Mac with the USB.
