great vids, have been using them to build my project tracker...i have a long list of tasks, how do i group and then expand/collapse tasks or separate into swimlanes like you can do in Devops and other tools?

Thanks so much for explaining the Kanban View! I played around with it before not knowing really how to utilize the view, now that you have given me an example of how it works, I'll be using it to help me track flow. By the way, do you know if Airtable is able to create a field that adds a row of the numbers? I know that it can add up numbers in a in a column. Thanks.

Is there any way to create a Kanban view with a link to another Table? I have all my tasks written out in a table and I have them linked to my video production table. I can select only one task at a time, however I can not create a Kanban endless it is a single select field. The only deference between the two fields is on is linking to another table.

Views are specific to the table you build them in. That said, you may get the results you want by first creating a synced table that pulls in the data from your table where you have them listed. The kanban needs a single select field to work properly, so you'll need to add this field into the synced version, which seems redundant, but I think it's the only way to get your desired outcome
