Great video got a question tho: how do you keep your training partner from putting his knee/shin on your portion arm at 0:59? Or what do you do if he does it? I play a lot of Kimura/Trap, but my professor isn’t as deep into it, so I have to figure a lot of that stuff out for myself 😅 Thanks for the video tho :)

I like to use it off half guard or whenever someone is trying to pass. Its a really annoying position for your opponent as they really have no good way to go. I like it because ot definitely slows down faster guys. I wokld like to try the roll through but I dont see it being a good idea for a 235lb guy. It seems risky for your partner.
