great video you really found a subject that no one was talking about. was looking all around for this. but my question is how can u undo the first recording to go back to zero. also how can you save the loop for good in the stomp

Thank you. You can’t save a loop for good. You erase the loop by clicking abs holding the first button. (If memory serves me correctly).

I believe you double tap really fast like Kyle said and then I think you hold it down after the second tap.

Hi there, thank you for the great videos. I cannot get my looper to engage onto a foot switch. Watched video's and read manual without success. ​​​​​​​My sequence of operation is: 1. Input looper block from category 2. Press at the same time 3. Select "Bypass Assign" 4. Select a foot switch (at which time no light on foot switch appears) 5. Press View and Action at the same time and save. I've done everything here but don't get a light on my foot switch at all. After I assign and save to foot switch 1, I get no light. My foot switch just functions as a scroll to the next preset. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the encouragement. The only thing I can think of is to backup, make sure you have the latest updates, and to do a factory reset.

Try to page over to a view that does not have preset up and down arrows displayed. The left switch should say " 1 Switch Looper" above it. Anybody know how to clear the loop from memory?

I do the same, but doesn’t record anything, or doesn’t playback…The footswitch works as on the video, I playing under the ref lamp, than I push again, it turns to green but but doesn’t play anithing, just silent….What could be the problem?

Maybe the volume of the looped part is down? It sounds like it is recording something but you can’t hear it for some reason?

I don’t remember if there is an output setting in the looper but if there is, look into that to see where it is outputting. I know there is a volume control for the looper, check that too.

Okay when I go into the menu and I actually assign the looper to FS1, it does not light up, so what's going on why is that happening??

Is there an option to have the loop stop after it finishes the full loop? After trigger to stop, I need the loops to play out until the end instead of abruptly stopping when triggered. Can this be done?

@@hotrodband- As many blocks you can fit in. You can adjust each block. You can't add a block in a different snapshots but you can activate and deactivate them.

Hi Chad, have you noticed on the HX stomp looper, when overdubbing, there’s a slight delay from when you press the foot switch to when it actually starts recording? this does not happen certainly when doing the first recording , as it is completely simultaneous, the pressing of the foot switch and the recording. So I Wonder if this is normal , or if both the first recording and the overdubbing should behave the same?

If it says undo it should have undone. Sometimes it’s too late to undo something, if you have already added something else after the one you want to undo.

Most pre sets all the boxes are full. Nowhere to add looper. You have to create your own in order to use the looper on stomp? So frustrating

Hold your foot down for a couple seconds after stopping the loop by quickly double tapping it.
