so What? ... Are you naive enough to believe that burglar as profession? Take ends to the moment you get in? (i mean , right after youwalk through the front door?) I don't think so, ... a bit shorter Mylord Games ... in my experience, *so modest in that very matter*, *it's infinitely more complicated than that* ! *Besides if you don't wanna make endless journeys between jail and freedom?* *although it's up to you* *THEN* *Take Care with your Life* *we only get one* ... Life of course *and Time flies away so quickly* *please* *Think Twice* . . . ...

I can single pin pick just fine, but I've spent the last 30 minutes trying to open a lock with no success using the lishi. It's really hard to control the counter-rotation of the cylinder to allow the pin to fall into place when your tension wrench and pick are attached to eachother. Edit: nvm got it. Don't rely on counterrotation of the cylinder. Just use less tension. I don't find it easier to tell which pin is binding with this tool yet, but I can still open a lock quicker. These are fun, but probably won't replace my standard tools at this point.

Kwikset's are easy. I had a job where I forgot the key to the house. I cut a piece of aluminum off a piece of flashing, bent a small finish nail for the tension, ran the piece of aluminum in and out a couple of times and it turned. did both a passage and dead bolt in less than a minute and a half. Tried it later on the Schlage at home and it wasn't nearly as easy.

I have been practicing with my Schlage lock. It has been behaving strangely and I’m not sure what’s happening. The lock turns in both directions but only unlocks clockwise. When applying tension clockwise, I was always able to bind the first pin and clearly hear a click, but the other pins felt very loose no matter how much tension was applied, and they never bind. When applying tension counterclockwise, I was able to bind every pin and hear clicks along the way. Most of the time, however, the lock didn’t turn even when all pins were set. I did make sure to apply little tension. So far, I’ve only succeeded 3 times counterclockwise, although it doesn’t open the lock. Technically I am only supposed to practice clockwise, but I never succeed that way. Doing it counterclockwise didn’t make it open, but it provided some feedbacks for the very least.

Both. The names of the tools match their keyway counterparts with the same name. In this case the KW1 is for the Kwikset KW1 keyway, and the SC1 is for the Schlage SC1 keyway. You can easily say the same about lots of things. There are bad people in the world that will use inanimate objects to do bad things. You don’t need to take things away from people because a bad person might use it for bad things. If you do, you’re just an overreacting Karen that would take fire from people because of arsonists. Or take water away because people have drowned others. We have enough moral busybodies in the world. We don’t need more.

How do these work on disc padlocks?
@FriedPi-mc5yt
@FriedPi-mc5yt 2 жыл бұрын
Yes, if they have the correct keyway. Lishi picks only work in specific types of keyways. The SC1 and SC4 will only work in Schlage “C” type keyways. The KW1 and KW5 will only work in Kwikset keyways. The M1/M2 will only work in Masterlock keyways.
