Thanks Mike. At first I didn't think you was going to have the answer for me. But by the third time you had it. I didn't realize you can solo multiple tracks. That solves the riddle. Thanks man. I'm going to give it a try.

One thing that's different for the MPC series Is for track mutes. You have to go to track mute settings and select solo behavior. Change it from single to multi. now I'm good to go. Thanks fam
