I say "As above and so below, as within and so without" while reaching my arms and hands up to the sky then bending down and touching the ground and then standing back up and swinging my arms to either side before turning to the next direction and repeating it. I do it to all 4 directions and then once more for my self. At the end I plant a seed in my heart center. I try and do this every morning as a way to set my intention for they day and honor the balance of the 7 directions you mention.
