Very helpful. I retired 2 years ago and purchased a remanned 9960 I wasn’t sure I would stick with creating and sewing g again but found I love the time I spend with this machine. Some of my quilting friends look down their nose at it but I can do anything they can with theirs and I just love it. So glad to find folks who love and appreciate Singer like me. So sew on ladies❤

Most low shank feet should work fine on the 9960. You may need to move the needle position for stitching.

Happy to help you understand the different presser feet! Sounds like your threader may have slipped down and could be broken. They're easy to replace and not very expensive to purchase a new on.

Hello, My Quantum 9960 Makes loops under my fabric every 20-25 cm. The rest of my stitching is flawless. I can't find any answer to my problem. Can you help me?

Hi Roger. Sounds to me like your upper thread is getting caught at regular intervals. Check the upper thread path for nicks and make sure you're using a spool cap. If the issue persists, call Singer for troubleshooting.

Hi Roxanne! I’ve enjoyed watching many of your videos.🙂 Question about the rolled hem foot...how do you turn the corner? I’ve tried doing some square napkins and the corners seems too bulky and sometimes some of the raw edges find their way out of the seam. Any tips for that?

Can't turn a corner. Start it off the same way by pressing and then locking the first few stitches under the needle and presser foot. I'd also put a bit of fray check on the corner of the fabric. Leaving a thread tail in the back as you start to sew helps guide the fabric smoothly in that thicker area.
