Doesn't matter if you don't have vents in the back seat...you still place the AC cleaner there. The air will naturally circulate around the cabin.

You have to spray that through the air vent ports , which are located in front of the car

You do not. Since the car is set to "circulate air" inside the car (some cars automatically set to" circulate air" when a/c is turned on), the air gets circulated through the vents making inside the vents unnecessary. The "circulate air" button actually sets the car to sucking in and blowing out air. By closing and all the cleaner circulates everywhere, reaching all angles and tight corners can so address any smelly and moldy odors. Without a doubt, this type of air cleaner is the most effective one.

@@LAmoviegirl You should spray it near where the cabin air filter is, usually behind the glove compartment. If possible you should also remove the glove compartment and the filter and then spray aiming at the empty filter cabinet. At the end of course replace the filter with a new one no sense spraying A/C cleaner and keeping the dirty filter.

​@@isymdvr You should follow the instructions on the can. The cleaner is designed to circulate the AC system. While it's also good to change the cabin filter, this product is not made for cleaning the filter cabinet.

@@iamfredrik This is not made for cleaning the filter but the car is sucking air thru the filter so you remove the clove compartment remove the filter and then spray at the location that the filter used to be

@@isymdvr It's not a good idea to run the AC without a filter because it can draw pollutants into the system. It's always best to follow the instructions on the can.
