How to Use the Split-Toning Tool | Darktable 4.8.0

An easy way to level a picture in DT is to right click, hold and drag a line across a horizon or building ledge or anything in the picture that should be level, release. It then levels to that without even having to open the rotate/perspective module.

You can also use Color Balance RGB. Don't think one is strictly better than the other, but they do give slightly different looks.

@@nisdonatzsky very true. This video was specific to the split toning tool but Darktable has so any great tools and myriad ways of achieving a specific look
