@jennaglavan it's a process I think! I didn't expect immediate results but I have noticed slower growth!! Must admit, I've been a bit slack recently though because I've been working long hours! One thing I've noticed though, if I miss little hairs, no matter how short, I do feel a little ping!! Its not a big deal obviously, but any tips on how to shave more effectively under the arms?

It stops flashing, the sensor doesn't come on after a while, got half way up the second leg and it just won't sense and flash. Don't you know why?

I got this for my neck and I’m loving it. Auto mode is a real pain to get into. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Also for some reason it stops zapping as I move it. Does it only zap when it senses hair?

I agree that it's not always clear when auto mode is on. I just try to hold it on for 3 seconds at least. And yes, I think it only zaps when there is hair AND the window has to be 100% covered by skin, if that makes sense. Sometimes this is when I turn it from vertical to horizontal and vice versa, based on the area I am doing. There is also a bunch of lines you will see on the device when it is sensing hair (but may be hard to see when you are doing your neck).

Please reply if you can - when it's on and touching your skin, do you hear a second clicking noise once you press the button in the middle? Mine makes the initial clicking noise followed by a second click. Is that normal or did I get a faulty one?

Hold that same button down to get it to get on auto mode! Hold it for a few seconds and then it should start.

I think you can definitely use your own razor and shower beforehand. I think the included one is just for if you don't want to shower. I have used it and no issues if I missed a hair. I am now pregnant and cannot use it but am excited to postpartum!

Yes, so you want to shave before you do it (can shower or use the dry razor it comes with).

The shorter the hair the better the result. So shave with a fresh blade is the best option to get the hair as short as possible and avoid irritations from dull blades.

i notice you place it horizontal but directions say to hold vertical and to "avoid having the air inlet facing towards your eyes" ...not sure where "air inlet" is. Could you gv us some incite on this

I am thinking they mean don't have the window with the flash pointing up and down. Vertical just means holding it up and dow. I don't think it has to do with the position of window itself. Does that make sense?

Yes-- you want a clean shave. It comes with the little razer if you don't want to fully shower.

@@thaliaschaub1677 Honestly, the included razor is pretty bad compared to my Henson Shaving razor. To avoid irritation of the skin, I would recommend using a good razor with a fresh blade and of course including shaving cream. Your skin will thank you.

Are you freshly shaved when doing it? You want to shave first. Use it every other day for about 4 weeks for best results! Then maintain every once in a while after that.
