Are you you using a Xbox controller if you are hold the pair button on your Xbox controller and put on Bluetooth if it does not pop up that might mean the your controller does not have Bluetooth

Same wit me so what you need to do is switch off Bluetooth and your controller(by taking out one battery) then switch on Bluetooth and your controller and put the controller into pairing mode and it will pop up. Hope it helps

I have tried those steps several times and I still can’t get it to connect. In the Bluetooth screen where it says devices in all capital letters the circle just keeps spinning. And on my Xbox one controller the light just continuously blinks.
