How to Use Time-lapse on Autodesk Sketchbook

I really want to record while the canvas is still even tho im moving it when my sketching because i use cellphone so its hard for me to not move and zoom in the canvas

I get the same problem, I zoom in and out and rotate my canvas a lot when drawing and it picks it up on the recording and makes it hard to follow what’s going on when it’s constantly moving and spinning

Go to iPad Settings app, scroll down to where you see the apps, tap on SketchBook. Inside that you will see SketchBook's Read/Write permission for Photos. Change it from "Never" to "Read and Write". That's it.

Great tutorial on how to use the time lapse tool but I'm just starting out but have saved it for when the time comes. May I be so bold in asking what brush you used to paint the sky? It would benefit me immensely. Many thanks and keep safe

I use the watercolor brush to ‘dab’ on the canvas and then smudge it with the smudge brush , hope that helps

In an ipad, the top bar can scroll a bit, swipe right or left on it to see other icons. I didn't realize it had a stabilizer function for months before I found that out.

Can you do a timelapse with transparent background? I tried to hide the background layer but when I saved it, it had the ugly boxes as a background.

@@pohsstudio7769 Yes I saved it by choosing "Save to Photo Library". Still it doesn't show up. My iPad has a lot of free space so that also is not an issue.

@@pohsstudio7769 I got the fix for this, in iPad Settings, Sketchbook didn't have read/write access to Photos. Changed that, and it works like a charm!

Ah it doesn't let you zoom in when you record . It just takes the screen at its original dimensions

Not even remotely how it actually looks in practice. No one digitally paints like this. We need to be able to record in a fixed orientation because most normal people zoom, rotate, etc.
