How to use type-c Video Capture Card to Capture your Switch Console

Do you have any solutions for no video and audio cutting in and out? I have a similar BENFEI video/audio capture card and there's no video and glitchy audio. The instructions to set it up is identical to what you did but again, it doesn't work properly. My only answers right now is that it's just broken/faulty.

Am I missing something i think I've done this and only have a usb to usb-c and connected it to my laptop but I can't get it on obs it only shows the obs screen for display.. I've got the hdmi from the switch to my capture card and then the usb from the capture card to the laptop !??

@omw7479 yeah :) found out for that a usb-c isn't accepted, so you need an adapter, from usb-c to a normal USB, do it can go into the normal USB port on the laptop, after that it started working!! Idk if that makes sense but yeah :) Usb-c ‐--> usb ----> into laptop

@@izzyj4313same thing happened to me. Have you figured out how to properly play it off your tv screen? Or we have to use the obs screen to play our games we’re streaming?

@TheRealRichieRio if it's for a TV, u just plug in the hdmi cable into the hbmi port that u got with the switch. For the laptop, it will only accept a USB, not a USB-C. So what I did is get a capture card, that has a HDMI port and plugged my switch into that, as if it were a TV, then on the other side of the capturecard I had a USB port and you have to then plug in a cable that has two USB's on either side. However this was hard to find, so I had a USB to USB-c cable (normal charger) with a small usb-c adapter, that allowed it to plug into a normal USB port. That then let me display it onto the screen
