You're right my bad ! I'm not sure to have the files anymore but it was pretty standard, just one row of 10 squares with each different parts from the spaceship :)

what octane version?

It was 2020.1.5 but it should work on every version which have the image tile node :)

Hello, awesome tut man! Straight to the point :D THank you! My Octane doesnt read the UDIM though, it always tries to count from 1000 while my texture start at 1001. Do you know how to fix this?

I guess you could tweak the Start field of the Image Tiles node or rename your files ! You can slide into my DMs if you want to show me your node / filenames :)
