That looks so good and rich and taking it. It doesn’t need any icing. Aprons can be really hot in the summertime. But, it can get quite expensive if you ruin a shirt. I have ruined a couple good shirts. So one goes to apron and here comes the sweat.. Lol

Yummy! The zucchini cookies sound good too. It’s been far too hot to bake here too but last night my granddaughter wanted to make a quick dessert for dinner. Apples needed used up so she made a crisp.

She is home. She had some bumps and relapsed when she came home. She caught a cold! One night in the hospital and home recovering. She went back to work, from home last week. More treatment and doctor appointments coming up. But she is improving. And HOME. Thank you

Why? The seed part is fine! Only in the large ones you might decide to remove them. They grate up fine! I use the wjole zucchini.
