It should but I’m pretty far removed from what Canon DSLR can or can’t do. It should work the same for photo and video.

Hi Jerad! What if you're shooting outdoors or if you're not near any wi-fi connection. Is there a way of sending jpg's from the camera to your iphone? I already tried to use the iphone "personal hotspot" feature, but it didn't work, or maybe I got the settings wrong. Any thoughts?

+Gonçalo M. Catarino Sorry for the delayed response. The camera and phone connect to each other using a direct wifi connection. You do not need to use personal hotspot or connect to some other wifi connection. Just follow the steps in this video.

When you're shooting live from your iPhone, how many seconds does it take to transfer from your camera to your iPhone?

It is pretty fast. The delay is the photo being transferred to your phone. It depends on the size of image being sent over to your phone. Smaller is faster obviously.

I lost the iPhone I used to transferring images from my camera Canon EOS 5D Mak IV to that phone. When I traveled overseas, I lost that phone and as a result had to buy a new iPhone. When I tried to go through that process, I am unable to transfer my images to my phone, Please help me.

You should be able to connect to a new phone. You have to reset the connection in the camera so it looks for a new phone.

This video is NOT helpful, and appears to have old information. When I click Wi-Fi function on my Mark IV I DO NOT get the page with the icons. I sense that this has changed and that this video needs to be updated or taken down.

I can get Wifi to work on my iPhone 6s, but not on my iPhone 7. Can't find anything on the net about it yet.

+unclewad there isn't support for it yet. Same goes for Android with 7.0. I ran into that problem after making this video. My guess is they will probably fix that in the next few weeks. I would suggest emailing them about it to let them know people are waiting.
