I don't have those options on my Toshiba Windows Vista Home Premium (that i can find). It only allows me to system restore, but no apparent options to factory reset to prepare for laptop donation. Is there another way? Thanks!

Ok im having a problem with my game and i cant run it on high graphics like i used too and ever sense i could not ive been seeing this pop up on my monitor "Re-Adjusting screen settings" and if i play it on high graphics it will cause massive frame lagging and its almost impossible to shoot and not practical to play, Would this help that issue?

Hi I can't get into my laptop administrator has disabled my account I can't get in with my password it keeps saying it's in correct. I've tried factory reset but it requires password for that I've no boot up cd as Windows was pre installed when I brought it from shop... It's an acer laptop and it's around 10yrs plus old.... Due to illness I haven't used it for at least 8yrs there abouts. Is there any other way I can get passed the password login I have tried everything that is logical other than smashing it up the wall and buying a new one.... Thank you ☺
