I don't have those options on my Toshiba Windows Vista Home Premium (that i can find). It only allows me to system restore, but no apparent options to factory reset to prepare for laptop donation. Is there another way? Thanks!

Can you please help I've done this four times now each at a different point and each time I get an error message saying that it didn't work do I want to go to system restore. Hi I can't get into my laptop administrator has disabled my account I can't get in with my password it keeps saying it's in correct. I've tried factory reset but it requires password for that I've no boot up cd as Windows was pre installed when I brought it from shop... It's an acer laptop and it's around 10yrs plus old.... Due to illness I haven't used it for at least 8yrs there abouts. Is there any other way I can get passed the password login I have tried everything that is logical other than smashing it up the wall and buying a new one.... Thank you ☺

I'm not sure why you think I need to blur out the product ID or why it will be of any interest to anyone? You can see in the video which windows product it is. I was blurring out the product key which appears seconds later. Thanks for watching so closely ;)
