At this stage, AI is inefficient in the same ways you mentioned. If it is something that you expect your readers to engage with, you will need to read the AI version and then spend a long time reworking it to make it something that actually expresses what you want to say. The few times I have tried AI, it was unusable. However, it was helpful in bringing up new avenues of thought or considerations that I then ended up leading to ideas that I used in the final product. It can be part of the "brainstorming" process and helpful in that it uses information and ideas that might not be part of your own immediate thought process on a subject.

Hey Sam, since you've been speaking a lot about 'Getting it done', 'Do the work', 'Excute, execute, execute'...who are the people you admire with these qualities that you'd like to chat with over a podcast?

Thanks Sam, great video mate. I liked the statement regarding thinking and learning in that the inefficiency needed to be embraced because that's where the mental growth we are seeking lies. Thanks.

Pretty much all my activity throughout my day is directed at making steps forward towards my goals. I do writing when it comes to video scripts, newsletters and planning. BUT I don't do any more writing than that. Here's why and maybe you can help me pull this apart with something actionable. Whenever I've tried journalling, or essay writing, or using writing as a tool, it feels like a waste of time. I just action my thoughts and learn through doing rather than fleshing out a concept. So I avoid writing when it's not a part of a process. I'm not saying this is good nor bad, this is just habitual. -- My big question I have to answer for myself or am seeking guidance on is; How do you discern what is worth writing about and will build towards your goals vs what is a waste of time(By my definition any time that isn't spent towards growing/reaching my goals)?

Hey there, I have been looking into incorporating pen and paper into my life. I came across digital reMarkables for instance. What do you reckon vs straight paper? Regards Wayne
