I know it seems like common sense but make sure you are putting the glasses on before looking up. This is especially important for children. More information on my blog wxbrad.com and follow me @wxbrad on Social Media.

Thanks for a great video. I’ll be on a solar eclipse cruise in April off of Mexico & I’ve posted your video for other people to see. I’ve been warned that you need to be very careful with these glasses as if the lenses were to get scratched in anyway they would be not usable.

What I’m freaking out about is I wear glasses and I practiced putting them on over my regular glasses but I noticed I can still see a good amount out of the side of the glasses. I’m really worried that in the process of looking away ( with the glasses still on) I’ll get some of the eclipse with my beard eyes even if I’m not looking directly into it and that will mess up my eyes. Also, how do I know if the eclipse glasses are wrinkled? They’re like 3D lenses and that material always looks wrinkled

Does it matter if I put my solar eclipse glasses in front of or behind my prescription eyeglasses?
