I do not understand what is up with the comments, but my guy, thank you so much for the video, i'm a college student entering 5th year and decided to buy an ipad 5 air for note taking. @@andreil1313 As always it depends on your usage, but I notice that when playing COD Mobile it's drains a lot of power so I have to recharge over night. But if you're just taking notes and watching videos or sketching, battery should last you a couple days or more.

Thank you - just what I was looking for! I have used computers for over 40 years but this was my first venture into the Apple OS (previously PC and Android as a pretty savvy and advanced user). The multiple swipe controls in particular on an iPad are not straightforward to get, and you have shown exactly how these work for someone new to Apple iPads. Yes, the advice is basic and for beginners but if you have never used an iPad before, you need this. Exactly as described ‘on the tin’! As others have said, ignore the sarcastic comments from some who shouldn’t have watched this anyway as they clearly know their way around an iPad already…

Yes. Now they need to work on clearly identifying the capabilities of the device over USB C. It is convenient just having a single connector for everything, but when device supports some capabilities compared to another device, it makes it confusing. Take laptops. There are many laptops that support video over USB-C. However, a lot don't. I think there should be a rule where all manufacturers who use USB-C on their devices make it extremely clear what it does and doesn't support over that connector.

Very good information. As a Mac user, however, I find no way to setup customized shortcuts, nor can I figure out how to group ICON's for apps in a way that makes sense to me. I also find no way to setup shortcuts for SMB network folders, which is a HUGE thing for me. I think Finder has spoiled me. Do they make an IPad with Finder and other similar Mac features?

Nope. Apple loves to think different so they don't allow those things. I always found it hilarious that Apple touts the iPad as a laptop replacement, but it still lacks a lot of features laptops should have. You can move the order of apps around and put the apps in folders, but that's about all the customization you get.

Nobody mentioned the misinformation? There are only TWO SPEAKERS, the grills are leftovers from the Pro Design with 4 speakers. But i am also fine with the iPad Air 5 speakers, not too bad for a tablet and for better speaker as well display experience i have anyways a 16“ M1 Pro MacBook

There are many things I hate about apple, but the worst thing about this specific product is the battery life. I've never had a product that made me angrier by draining the battery as fast as this thing, and I ONLY use Procreate on it... Even my 6th Gen lasted more than this, and this piece of garbage is supposed to be an upgrade... Last Apple product I ever buy.
