Anyone have some suggestions on other ATS platforms you like more than Zoho? Loxo? Jobadder? Crelate? I know BluRoot supports Zoho platforms, but I'd love to hear some other feedback

Great video thanks! In my dashboard I don't have the button for clients. I only find Departments. Is that the same thing or do I have the wrong plan?

Hi Jan. I don't believe Departments would be the same thing as Clients. This would not be a license issue either since all plans include Clients: www.zoho.com/recruit/plan-comparison.html. Perhaps it's labelled something different? Feel free to send a screenshot to [e-mail] and we can investigate on your behalf.

We are a recruitment agency. Does Zoho have the option to have a job board whereby the client ONLY sees candidates who have applied to their specific job, and not our whole database? Also, is there a Zoho Recruit App we can connect to our agency jobs and projects?

Hi Sonam, Every module will need to be connected through a "Lookup" which basically allows you to link the two modules together. By using this field you will be able to connect all of these.

If a candidate emails me a resume directly...whats the best way to bump both the contents of the email as well as the ached resume?

Hi D Wood. There isn't really a great way to get the contents of the email into the system without re-keying it. The only thing Zoho recruit supports at this time is importing the resume and you can do that by going to Candidates, and then import, and import resume/file. Then write some notes about the email in the notes section.
