I have to say, this is awesome. I use Salesforce in my full time position (10+ years), and this seems so much cleaner (visually and technically). My husband and I recently started a business and I'm going to give this a try instead of Salesforce! Does Zoho have documentation available on the web? With Salesforce, I can Google a question and immediately find instructions on how to do what I'm looking for - hoping I'll be able to do the same here, as this will be new to me.

Is the CRM accessible via the net or do you need to download the system onto your laptop? Are you able to work on the CRM system offline without WIFI? Can you upload customers documents such as paspoort copy, etc, etc to each customer profile?

Can I use zoho for a non profit organisation to orgnize the list of beneficiaries under each projct?

Hi Ruba, absolutely this can be achieved. What I would do in this instance is create a custom module, create a relationship between the custom module and the contacts. We can call the custom module 'Projects' for example, every time we create a new project we can associate the contact records with that particular project. In future we would then be able to filter contact records based on whether they had a relationship with the custom module 'projects' (find out if which contacts were beneficiaries of a particular project). What's the difference between accounts and deals? They look the same

Think of accounts as businesses, contacts as the people that work for the businesses and deals are the sale of products to the businesses (accounts). I hope this helps! If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask!

where the hell is the notes section, i have to make multiple calls and contact points before a deal is made and I have to document these calls.

You can get the notes, when you open up a record. It will be available in the related list of the record. When you convert a lead to a contact/Deal the notes will also be converted.

Hi Nick, we use Zoho everyday and we have CRM Plus but our account looks slightly dated compared to yours? Your tab section (purple strip) is thicker more colourful and looks newer - how is this achieved?

Good question, if you go to the cog in the top right hand corner, go to personal settings, and then scroll to the bottom of the page you should be able to change the colour of the banner. Let me know how you get on!
