I know this is simple, but believe it or not, there are some people that would like to start from the very beginning, meaning from the moment that they received the invitation. Many get frustrated when they can not hear anything, or they can hear but not see. In the previous video, when I asked you if you could be kind enough to do a video from the point of view of a student without any knowledge at all about technology. I really appreciate what you did, do not get me wrong, but in the last video, you were so wonderful showing ALL the problems and frustrations that one person could have with the full view, the disappearance of the bar, the floating of the icons and many frustrations, that I know you can do an excellent job. Anyway, this is very useful, I just think there a little things missing. I want to do this as constructive, as I can, because in many videos you make a wonderful tutorials. Thank you.

Hi Alfonso - sorry if you didn't find this one as helpful, I think there are two contributing factors. One, I am not as familiar with the Android interface because I do all my Zoom calls on my PC, so I simply don't know it as well. Two, from my brief testing, I don't think this interface is as complicated as the desktop version. It's not as customizable with all the different view options like full screen and side by side etc, so as a result it's a little harder to "get lost." You're also much less likely to have an external webcam or speakers connected to a phone, which is the cause for a lot of the unable to hear/see problems on a computer. So while it's still possible to have trouble getting connected with a phone, I don't think there are as many things that can go wrong.

Yes, if your camera/mic are turned off you can still see/hear everyone else who has their camera and mic on.

Hi - I just tried and I think it depends on your host status. I had my phone as a co-host and when I went to participants and tapped the name for my computer, it gave Mute, Stop Video, and Chat options. When I remove co-host permissions then I only get the Chat option.

Hi Mary Ann - sorry for the delayed reply. Whether this will work depends more on the speed of your cellular connection, but you should be able to make Zoom calls on 4G or 5G if you have good reception.

What about those (poor souls) who are using the MOBILE access? They are not using a Zoom app on their phone, but dialing in that Dial-in number? I have had a heck of a time finding ANY information on using the phone-only access, but there are those who are doing just that.
