We finalize a tenant and took 2 months advance .he said he will finish carpenter ,slowly he delayed rental agreement stating his owner will come we waited. Myself got admitted in hospital and went through minor surgery. Tenant absconding and his customers locked our shop when I was in hospital .. What to be done.. Already Advance of tenant Is Done customer isnot Opening .

Sir my wife have a flat. Her father died few years ago, he rented that flat to a person without any agreement. After her father died the renter stopped giving rent and never receives calls. My father in law made a will for my wife for transferring the property he had but it's not probate yet. So until the probate happens, can't any action be taken against that person, who is living in that property without our concern? Please give some way out.

If i have an agreement with some government agency for 5yrs and i want to my possesion back after agreement and agency is not vacating my building then what procedure should i adopt. All those points which you have explained in this video is not valid in my case, they did not give any harm to my building and gives rent on time. The only point is agreement is over and i do not want to extend the agreement. Can i take my building back? Agency is not cooperating and not vacating. What should i do? Pls help

What If the agreement is over on October 2020 n tenant wanted to vacant the house on 11th November 2020, but owner was reluctant to only give the money once the belongings is kept down in building premises n handover the keys to him, n if he feels like the flat is OK only then he will transfer the security deposit, for which the tenant didn't agree, n tenant kept on asking for the security deposit since November 11th 2020 till 4th Febraury 2021 , but the owner kept on delaying it, and now he is sending us threatening messages for which we have done NCR against him, but he hasn't stopped still n also he complained that we didn't pay him rent since October 25 2020 (which is false because he is holding on our security deposit) , what can be done kindly suggest please, kindly answer, and If the new agreement was never made from 25th October 2020 how can he claim that we should pay his rent and electricity bill as he has kept us in his house forcefully by not returning our security deposit amount back as then it's his mistake , kindly suggest me please what can be done??

Thank you sir Bahut hi achcha discussion tha. Aapke yah discussion Mera bahut kam per aaega. Mera bhi ek Makan kirae per raha tha regular Kiran nahin de raha hai. As per contract 3 months Kariya nahin dega to without notice likha hai. But mere pass abhi Cort Jana muskie hai. Aapane hi bola 12 years mara pass time hai. Ham usko 12 years aise rakhna hai ki koi notice dena hai?

yes you can file eviction suit against tenant without having agreement. this kind of suit will govern by transfer of property act.
