Thank you sooo much! Your video is a God send. Just started school for graphic design and I need to be able to turn my artwork into vectors. The only problem is that knowledge of Illustrator is neither a course requirement or something we were taught. "There are lots of tutorials online" was the only guidance I got. There are plenty of tutorials but this is by far the most complete on how to "clean up" a hand drawn image. Bless You.

This was really helpful, I'm trying to do this for a really high detail line drawing that was originally over a black background and it keeps missing a lot of key details. When I play around with the threshold it gets really wonky. How can I adjust it for a higher detailed sketch?

Make sure the photo or scan of your drawing or sketch is HIGH resolution... 300 dpi... not 72 ppi
