How to verify your domain on Zoho CRM, Campaigns and Desk (SPF, DKIM)

In this video, I'm going to show you how to verify your domain for 3 different Zoho Apps. We will start with the CRM, and then move to Campaigns and Desk. I will be giving some tips along with the video, so make sure to watch it all. We are going to be adding the SPF and DKIM records to the domain DNS.

Any one know how to get around the 'Syntax error found in the DKIM record' error that I keep getting?

Hey why are you adding DKIM and SPF records twice?

Each app requires you to add a DKIM and SPF record. Zoho Desk requires you to add 2 DKIM records, but in this case, one of them was already added when setting up the CRM. The SPF record was added only one time, and edited as we verified more apps.

I don't think Zoho offers hosting services. You can use Zoho Sites, which is a website builder like Wix or Squarespace, but it's not a hosting service.

Can you elaborate more? Are you talking about Google Domains? These records can't be added to Gmail.
