How to vertically mount your GPU in an NZXT case

In this video I'm showing you how to vertically mount your graphics card in your NZXT case. In this example I'm using the NZXT H7 Flow RGB ( • NZXT H7 Flow RGB build... ) but it should also be possible in other cases (I did it in the H9 Elite as well • How to build an NZXT P... ).
Here I'm showing you how to go about mounting your GPU vertically, what you need to do it and I'm also showing you the difference it makes to your temps!

yeah, been looking into doing this to see if I can actually use some pci slots on my motherboard currently covered by the gpu(grr) without buying a new mobo and well, time for new motherboard I think....

The mount comes with a bracket tho??!! Mine did... After waiting what seemed like an eternity to finally get the actual NZXT one, I ended up using The cooler Master v3 one and it turned out much better in my opinion because you can move it back and forth in in and out. Great build as always you are the man

Looks like a tight fit with the 3090 (almost touching the aio cooler and pump hoses). Not sure my gigabyte 4090 gaming OC would fit in this setup (is a wide/fatboy with 15 cm height and weighs just over 2kg)

@@danielgeniux I went with the H7 Flow 2023 case in the end along with the official Corsair 600W PCIe 5.0 12VHPWR Type-4 PSU Power Cable in the end and no issues re touching side of case anymore.

@@ZinqQuill10 I would say so there is more airflow between the gpu fans and the glass panel it will be very close to - would think better to have that glass panel breathe

Nice! Planning on using this kit on the h710 case for a 7800xt hellhound. Will I have any clearance issues if using this in conjunction with Nzxt's T120 tower fan and Corsair Dominator RAM?

just a warning buy the H710i not the H710 as the H710 does not support vertical mounting unless you mod it.

The h7 flow has space for 420mm radiator on the front

Couldn’t install it with ASUS ROG 4090 + H9 Flow + Noctua NH-D15 -> GPU is too wide, needs at least 1.5-2cm extra clearance. I guess the only solution is to use AIO for CPU

Think it would be ok with a 4080 super? Little worried about sag. I have a sag bracket that came with GPU that attaches nicely to motherboard, but not sure that would work in this vertical position.

It says on their site it’s designed for the H5 and H7 series, but also compatible with the H9.
