Shawntas Way, i have a thicker kinkier texture its hella curly so using tools to detangle is a no go..it always breaks my hair.. my hair is ubber thick and dense but kinda fine but it takes forever to dry and is low po so i cant moisurize daily i try every few days and now im trying every other day.. but, this makes my hair gunky with all the leave in and oil btw i think my hair is more like your daughters. i love your simple approach and would really like to see more about your daily life regime. Im trying to incorporate more crystals and develop a meditation and peaceful living style. Please send me some tips for my hair and life. Aquafina247@gmail.com

Great video! Am I the only 4c natural whose hair feels hard and dry after using water? I've tried the LOC method, LCO method, mixing water with aloe vera juice, mixing water with a little glycerin, mixing water with a lit of glycerin, misting my hair, rubbing water in my hair using just my hands, using natural oils, using hair grease, clarifying my hair monthly. Nothing works. Would love tips?

lgunt004 I have type 4c hair and by trying different products I learned that my hair loves products with coconut oil in it and honey. I suggest you go to mo knows hair on KZbin she is hair stylist who is very knowledgeable about products and hair hair types. I have learned a lot from her.
@marymikel91935 жыл бұрын
I maybe a year late but...Have you tried heating the product you use oils, water, concoctions? Or is there an excessive amount of calcium in your water or fluoride? Try using filtered water. The hair typing system is very flawed you may have very many hair patterns that aren't even listed thus causing for extreme dryness and unique care. Learn your hairs porosity level, you could also have an overload of protein or the product you're using could not be for you but works for every other human on earth. Deep condition as needed for your hair, if your sensitive to protein look for conditioners without it. Do you drink a lot of water or consume foods high in sodium or overall unhealthy foods too often? I would say diet and moisture are the two main factors for healthy hair. There could be many reasons for dryness it takes time to figure it out sometime. I hope for the best with your hair journey and overall health. God Bless you in Yashua's name.

Hi, escuse me , i have a question it isn't really about the video but i don't know where i can ask it. I want to know how we know our hairs need to use deep treatment masque or deep conditionner. If you can help thanks.

Very good question 👍 I'd like to know as well .
@NalaAmari6 жыл бұрын
+Grace Al You should deep condition every shampoo day. If you shampoo weekly, deep condition weekly. If you shampoo every 2 weeks, deep condition. Deep conditioning is a game changer for your hair. It restores moisture to your hair. Kinky, Curly, Coily hair thrives from moisture. I suggest you deep condition once a week. You will see changes in your hair for the good for sure! Hope that helps!

@morgansimone80126 жыл бұрын
Anne Cuthers some of everything lol. I start with enough warm water to cover the soap shaving. Then add lavender, tea tree, peppermint, rosemary, JBCO, vitamin E, Jojoba, argan, olive oil, and vegetable glycerin. You can add whatever you want though I don't think there is a wrong way to make it.

I just big chop a week ago today. My hair is moisturized but it looks dry and dull. What can I do besides oiling my hair daily.
@lisa-mariegrant18946 жыл бұрын
Tiffany Milligan hey I dealt with that for a long time as well until I got to learn that oiling hair does not moisturise it, it's really good for sealing in moisture however. Water based moisturizers such as leave in conditioners, daily moisturisers, creams etc are what actually adds moisture to to the hair. Between washes, I have a spray bottle with a combination of water and a little bit of conditioner that I spray on my hair every day until it is just a little bit damp. If I need nectar moisture I may add a light moisturizing cream. I then use a little bit of oil to seal all that in and let my hair dry. I have noticed the world of difference.
@doThatGWalk6 жыл бұрын
Tiffany Milligan Try Deep Conditioning on your wash days. Shea Moisture have good hair masques. I find they help keep in moisture during the week longer than just a leave in.
@tiffanym54746 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the tips but I deep condition every wash day and use oils every once in a while. My hair is moisturized it just look dull and dry to me. I would like it to look “shiny” I guess, lol.
@doThatGWalk6 жыл бұрын
Tiffany Milligan only way for it to look shiny is use oils that help with sheen but it's mainly hair texture or silicones that determine sheen. You could try hair grease if you want sheen.

I you done a video demonstrating your everyday hair routine??? I wanted to know if you Style it once you add water and leave-in in your hair or do you just wear it out?
