Questions: Did/do you worry about theoretical attack surface reduction such as remote exploitation of Intel ME? I understand that the 2020 Intel leaks seem to suggest that such an exploit doesn't exist, but it's still theoretically possible. What about local ME or other evil maid style attacks? If so, did you ever use something like the ME_cleaner tool or an external bootloader, coreboot, etc. to mitigate this risk? Or did you go the physical route and take steps to monitor the physical integrity of your hardware? On that note, it would also be very cool to hear you speak more in depth about the physical surveillance detection checks you briefly mentioned during your Darknet Diaries appearance (unless of course you elaborated already in the unedited version of the show, which I look forward to listening to).

Question, I've watched a few of these and I keep missing how the customer receives his legal product. Like all I find online are nebulous null answers to picking someone else's house, like no. Is there no system for the customer side? Like it still has to have an address so you got any good stories or is it an abyss on the customer side?

They're more than a few solutions for the customer. However the customer has plausible deniability. If you fully understand control deliveries then you really almost don't have to worry about things being dropped off at your house. Typically when law enforcement tries to bust someone they will try to get you to sign for the package. Or they will send you a letter and try to get you to come into the post office to accept the package. Both of these things show that you were the individual who tried to acquire the package originally. Having it sent to a fake address is a horrible idea. This is because the United States postal office knows who lives where. It's one of the things that responsible for tracking. In addition to that they also have other systems and databases that catalog and keep track of suspicious deliveries.

I don't think that the word "enough", has any business near the term operational security or information security. In other words it's never enough. This is because on a cyber front threats are constantly evolving, and changing. As such the individual needs to do the same. We can do this through our constant evolution of information gathering and learning. The upside to this is that in turn we also become much more powerful, by being much more knowledgeable. It's really good to hear that you're also going back to school! It can definitely be challenging but if it was easy to do everyone would do it, just remember that. The fact that you're seeking information, is a very good sign to begin with. People are like some perishables. You have some people who are like fruit, who wrote and get putrid with age. And others that are like wine who get better and more expensive with age. Metaphorically speaking of course. I love hearing about people that initiate this decision towards the latter.

Nine times out of 10 I do have subtitles, not only do I have subtitles but I also have them typically in about 9 languages. I know I have some videos that I did back in the day like this one that I did not do that for I will gradually go through them all and make sure that they have subtitles, and that there are subtitles are good, and that they are in the nine main languages that I typically put them in.

You could just 'go for it' and place a big order with a vendor if you like, but I do think that due diligence is required. I would rather take a little hit than a big one, that said, a vendor could also end up exit scamming, so, it's really up to you at the end of the day.
