How To Vinylize Beats

Here's two methods how to add those vinyl style crackles, pops and hiss to your audio. I'm sharing the .FLP files for both examples and the effect chain Mixer state file (.FST) so you can freely play around with them (note that they require FL Studio 11.0.2 or later, iZotope Vinyl, Milli Vinylli and/or the Musicradar's Vinyl Style Sample pack to open properly). You can also automate the on/off switch (or the wet/dry knob) in the slot containing Milli Vinylli in FL if you don't want the noise always there when not playing.

get an instrumental and original version of the song, reverse polarity of the instrumental and allign the 2 tracks until they are on the same beat. making your own can leave hiss or some sounds not in the instrumental left in the track.

u can use Sony SpectraLayers or SonicWORX Isolate for mac. working with spectre is more complicated proccess than simple phase inversion, but u can do this without instrumental. cheers.

Well... to be honest: no. Sorry. And I assume you mean a process of separating a vocals from a song? Anyway, I know there ARE some methods, but they won't work 100%. For some songs, it's just impossible to separate the vocals no matter what you do. For starters I suggest you to search on KZbin something like "how to remove vocals" or something similar (I think there's a tutorial on Image-Line's channel how to do it with FL Studio).

Just put some noise-crackle vinyl sound-loop or sample playing at the background for the whole song :P Most packs got any kind of noise or vinyl sounds . Peace !

In what way do you mean it? you can assign multiple vsts to the same mixer channel right? or you can add a new mixer channel to another mixer channel.

Its better to find original songs with original vinyl sound at the start and trim them and layer to your songs.. Much better to have the real sound than the fake...

Ulises Agustín Palermo Comas You don't install it. Copy the folder containing the .DLL file into the plugins folder of FL Studio. Pull up the mixer and search for the new RSTA.
