Amazing video and photos for start Why did stop putting the settings in the photos, like you did in the early videos from Iceland?
@MadsPeterIversen6 жыл бұрын
The main reason is you can't really use them as I often mix and blend many exposures, secondary it doesn't look good in the presentation of the photo, thirdly I don't want the presentation to be about the settings but about the photo itself :)
@andregomes83756 жыл бұрын

What is the best time of day to do a tour (for best photographs)? i would think mid-day with the brightest light above the glacier? Looks like their first tour is 08:30, and their last is 16:00

That would be my guess too. For the most part I don't think it matters too much. You'll just have to increase the shutterspeed :)

Might be a silly question, but when taking photo's in daylight, there is a strong white light presence in some shots, have you or is it possible to go to these caves either sunrise/sunset if the sky was say on fire with deep oranges/reds, could that then be captured in the caves the contrasts between a fire and ice look might be a potential shot with suck bold colour contrasts?
@MadsPeterIversen6 жыл бұрын
I am not sure about that, Carlos. Maybe you could contact Guide to Iceland for a private tour.

You mention November to March for ice caves but how does that compare with the rest of Iceland locations. For example. if one visits in March, will the other Iceland locations outside the caves be very cold, rainy, not much water in the waterfalls, weak auroras... and the caves being too dirty because of all the ice melting/end of visit season? I'm trying to figure out one season/month where most locations that you show in your Iceland videos look their best and the weather is not too adverse to capture them :-) Unsure if this is possible but certainly would like to try.The cave/photo with the two exits is epic by the way:-)
