Summer is coming, and Fukuoka is one prefecture that is best enjoyed when you can spend time outside! Have you visited Nokonoshima yet? Now that it's getting warmer, this is one place I can recommend for a chill one-day getaway from the city. It isn't too far (only 10 minutes by ferry!), it isn't too expensive (less than 5 dollars round trip!), and whether you want to explore, hang out by the water, take photos, organize a picnic, or even just find a scenic spot to sit down and read a book, this island is the perfect place for a mini-adventure!
You can learn more about Nokonoshima here!

I feel like crying! I went to a language school in 2015 for 3 weeks. And so we went to Nokonoshima for BBQ and after that we did some hiking. I really enjoyed this island, but I didn't go to this park because there wasn't enough time. Seeing all the flowers, I really want to go back to Fukuoka meet my friend, my host family and visit Nokonoshima again! Thank you for this video! I really like it! :) Aaaaaaaaaaah I miss Fukuoka SO MUCH!!!

OK, my favorite part was 4:55 with that talking snapdragon flower. Very fun video treatment of the island. Again, I had to laugh when at 7:21 we get SATURATION CITY! Oh, Tatsu when will you learn? However, I do admire M's willingness to have the drone hover directly over her. The images from the island dock seem very familiar, did you have an early video from here previously? I wonder how many types of conveyance you used on that single day... car, train or taxi from home, ferry then bus, and even tree swing. Well done video!
