I wake up at 4 am and having really productive days when I do that. Let's talk about how to do this - how to wake up early and enjoy it! Here are a few tips and tricks that work for me when I try to wake up early in the mornings.

My way of waking up at 4 or 4.30am is:- I wake up before sunrise only to see the sunrise in the east and the night stars in the west appearing together in the sky and feel the magic. The cool breeze I feel on my skin, the silent peaceful environment bliss my ears amd mind, everything is so beautiful that it is indescribable in words, it can only be experienced. Also, i am a cosmic lover, so before sleeping at night , i crave myself by imagining about this for the next morning, and i easily wake up without an alarm. 😊 Hope this will help someone

You are very fortunate to actually be able to see a sunrise. In cramped, congested housing in metros that's a luxury for most people in India.

well this is beautiful write up... that's what i do from past 6yrs... I wakeup early in dawn to watch the beautiful sun rise, the smiles of birds and their melody music... the clouds drizzle drops on leaf's... and the soothing breeze on facial cheeks.. and the lovely fragrance of earth.. makes me feel having yummy and energy air meal for the day... totally an awesome refreshing energy of life to start a day...

I sleep by 9pm and wake up at 3:30am everyday. I think what helps me with waking up early and not getting tired is inculcating more raw fruits and veggies in my diet. If I eat something like bread or junk food in my dinner I do notice I become quite sluggish in the morning. Other thing that helps me is playing exciting music first thing in the morning to which I can dance to and shake off the tiredness to. After I'm completely awake I do my yoga pranayama and mantra chanting. And feel great all day no body pain or mood swings like before. And my skin has started clearing up too.

I have contemplated or rather procrastinated ALL my life-- literally--to wake up early and do somethin about my health and passion but have miserably failed each time but your content has just given me a hope that maybe I'll succeed this time...I sincerely hope I do..I just can't help be a sleeping beauty despite knowing how it affects my health and family life..Please wish me luck all early risers!!!

YES!!! Thank you for emphasizing not to rob of your sleep to get up early 👏🏽! Good sleep is too important to be sleep deprived just to get up earlier in the morning. I’d suggest overall 7 - 9 hours of sleep for most people and then count back to target your bedtime and then start slowly winding down with an evening routine, limiting bright lights about 2 hours before the bedtime. Also having dinner 2 - 3 hours before that new bedtime should help.

Amazing info one more info I would like to add .. even cloth have memory meaning if you wear exact same cloth every night only at the time of sleeping when you put on those your body gets to know yeah it’s time to wind down try having a sleep ware for every night..

I have tried this week, but the thing is I have difficulties to go to sleep early. I will try your tips. Theyr're quite obvious in themselves, but I lack discipline. As I am rebooting a lots of things now, I need to instaure this discipline otherwise, I will be overwhelmed. Not easy to change ^^! Thanks Anita.

One day i was super tired from work that i slept at 5pm and woke up at 2am. When i woke up I was feeling happier and peaceful that lasted for like a week lol.

It depends Anita...if i sleep early in the previous day night then without alarm's help i could get up by myself at 4 /4.30 am and also my sleep would be so sufficient...but during the day time after my afternoon meal..i would feel so sleepy for half an hour or so like that...but that's okay.... Rather if i sleep late hours the previous night then..i would get up at 7-7:30am.. As you have mentioned routine is important...as we will not search for things to do..... whether it is night or morning...it is very helpful.. Thanks a lot for this video Anita...

Try and incorporate a work out in the day or before bed. Dont have any caffeine 6 hours before sleeping. No late night snacks i find if i have any food it gives me an energy boost which exactly great for when you need to sleep.

Hi. My job is till 11:30 PM. By the time i get to sleep, it's already 12:15 AM. I'm trying to get up early. So i try to get up by 6:30 AM. I hope that 6 hours sleep is enough.

Check your meal times. and the quality of food. Reduce rajasic food in your diet

Having a calming wind down routine might help and also journaling in the evening to get all those thoughts from your active mind out of your head and on paper.
