In the past I used to don't care about high heels but I started to be more feminime and I liked my feminime style and I started to walk in high. I felt in love in these shoes. I love high heels. They might be tricky but I never give up and I learned how to be a boss in these babies. 👠

Omg best tutorial!!!!! I’ve been wanting to do it right but cannot, and last time I walked on heels was painful. After your tutorial (and obv exercise) it’s much much better. Can see now why it was hurting (not extending hips was the root cause). So much powerful walk! Very easy to understand!

I guess my problem was not difficulty walking in stilettos, but trying to walk in poorly made stilettos. On carpet I was fine, but on wood floors heel first I felt like I was going to slip.

I don't understand why there's extra emphasis on placing the heel down before the toes since heel to toe is how everyone already walks that way with low/flat shoes anyway. It seems like a given though as a guy high heels are admittedly unfamiliar.

Because sometimes the heel part of a high heel can be really unstable and scary to put your weight on, especially if it's a stiletto or the surface of the heel is slippery. Or sometimes, the shoe fits weird or has something unusual about the design. It can feel safer and more secure to step onto the ball of the foot, but it won't look as good. If you tried a bunch of different heels on and tried to walk in them, you'd understand.
