We want to develop the "Nindo Online Course" so that you can learn Ninjutsu without having to come to Japan!
LInk :www.kickstarte...
In this lesson we will learn how to walk on the instep.
Why does Ninja need to train to walk on the instep?
It is for the purpose of disguising and strengthening the ankle.
This training is very hard to do in practice.
Be careful when practicing.
[What is "NINDO"]
"Nindo" (way of ninja) is a program supervised by Master Jinichi Kawakami, known as the last real ninja from Koka clan to make this precious know how your own.
(Iga and Koka are the 2 most known clans for ninja)
It is a world first training program which certifies Ninja DAN (rank) by following and passing exams.
See what skills you can acquire from Master Jinichi Kawakami by subscribing our NINDO CHANNEL and start making this great legacy your own!!!

There is alot of stuff in youtube, but this is finally something worth of watching. I had matrial arts as my life, from early ages of 13 to 19 and allways were intrested of Ninjutsu. Need to get back to training :)

Despite the possibility of injury, a similar training is done in the Thai sport Sepak Takraw, for stretching.

jashard wallington Yeah, but there tends to be _a _*_lot_* of safer ways to train then traditional methods. Just look at the Shaolin way to learn a split.

I have a question why do shinobi tie a piece of cloth on their calves?
@pashairsyad6977
@pashairsyad6977 3 жыл бұрын
I believe it supposed to keep its feet off bruises while running over obstacles Since they use kimono (?) they wrap their calves so it wont bother them walking/running/swimming or jump over obstacles since modern outdoor pants were not invented and yet again for camouflage (Feet wrapping were common among peasant in that era) Sorry for my bad English

The pieces of cloth are called Kyahan. They where not exclusive to Shinobi no mono. Where very common and worn practically by everyone at some point or another. They are basically designed to protect the calves against mud and dirt and other things that could irritate lower parts of the legs. They where mainly worn when traveling but could also be worn while doing hard labour or field work. They could also be worn over a Hakama creating a blousing affect or worn with a Hitatare Hakama that would have a similar look. Some garments would later later incorporate the Kyahan creating the Tattsuke bakama.

Un ninja seguramente entraba con los pies enbarrados en lugares lujosos y bien cuidados I used to walk like this as a boy so as not to dirty the recently mopped floor. A ninja would surely walk into luxurious, well-groomed places with his feet jammed Fuita bakari no yuka o yogosanai yō ni, watashi wa otokonoko no koro kono yō ni aruite imashita.
