Jason: maybe i am missing something. But in maker’s video. The nohawk: his right foot definitely is pointing at the 10 but his left foot is off the ice. So his feet are not on the ice at the same time in the nohawk. But in the mohawk both skates are on the ice at the same time. Sorry if i am missing it and maybe just being too literal.

yes; it helps while walking dogs I was thinking "its coach Yee." One has to be patient. I don't follow your advice. I skate nearly every day. And so I work on it every day. I have to really "live in the 10n2" not just be able to do it. I can do it ok. But I have trouble puck handling while doing it. So I just need to do it.. like you said 100 x 4 or something; day after day; and then after a while I can do it with no real thought; then I can focus on puck control (and ofcourse you got a lesson on this too) (the only thing you don't have much lessons on is; I noticed in the Tampa game tonight; the players do a lot of like power skating stuff too; less Edmonton; but the other teams seem to too. So; there is one lesson saw from you with the how to not waste energy on the start; and.. that is not downhill as much as that applies to the; the other is like the Newtonian physics; whereas yours goes into the Einstein level. The other is not much good for "the play" which is to say scoring and puck retrieval; but its kinda relevant cause it just is; you have to do that too (if only not to look too weird out there.) Anyhow bla bla; I play the piano, ball room dance, take care of my wife and... hockey. There is not way to overstate how instrumental the 2.0 is. Its made the difference. Kinda exactly what you said in your; its kinda funny cause you tend to chuckle when you say it; and people don't realize who have not used it that it actually gets you where you want to go. Even the shooting stuff. (the springs) OMG; this works too. so; if you are only wanting it to help (as opposed to .. I mean millions of people in the world should tap into this and so if you multiply 1Million times 50 each month; its funny cause it should work that way. Anyhow Tampa won tonight and... I was able to notice a lot of like 10n2s like while I was watching the game. I see a lot of things I never saw before. And; I do a lot of things I never did before. And; hockey got to be 10 to the 10 times more fun now; I start to feel it the way I know it works and the way I've felt it a few times in my life; but always I slip back into; my god I really suck; But now; ha; I know I can get around these opponents. I just know. I can just do the stuff I wanted always to be able to do. I really just can. Its as good as lemonade. Edmonton just beat LA. Again; I was able to see Macdavid doing the things you teach. (today; I was doing the; ok one linear C cut to the middle then maybe some corkscrew and then cross under like all getup (with all the little tips such as legs pretty far back to the side; suddenly I get Y angle like you can't believe; by boot cap is almost touching the ice; and then I'm like rockering rather than pushing; it all does exactly what you said (you talk so simple and clear) plus its funny sometimes. (the No Hawk) this is so funny you can almost hysterically laugh out loud some of the things you say; and... I used to feel like a retard but suddenly I start to feel like Kucherov. Anyhow at game 6 I saw a few rows behind the Tampa bench so I saw them all. they all like to do the quick handle and... ... just I can act like Lianie and; I just know I can get around some of these people who I used to know I could not. I know I can now. one guy who was really a nice guy but kinda... arrogant; he was so boluxed up by the 2.0 stuff I did kinda deking he fell over cause his feet got twisted trying to follow; (you know; the pupeteer thing... even that happened. god is this great.... Panthers... that used to be my team cause I lived in Miami. But now I live in Tampa so its become blue and white instead of red and... I dunno; I liked the original uniform better. what 2.0 is is; its not that it helps; it defines what help means on this planet. Probably on all planets but I've only been to this one. ... etc etc and etc. (it was kinda fun the other night; Mother's Day cause I went over to the rink and no one else was there so I did not bother with the stupid helmet (I'm old enough so when I started you did not have to wear it) so when you do the stuff without a helmet it all feels more glorious. I'm not sure what that has to do with anything other than its a fact of life. ciao; seems like there were a few new videos out on you tube; Something about the outside edge thing and... it was good; I heard it on the way to the rink today (I ahve to drive like 20 miles each way) and; then I did it there and... if you tap into the heel; on the cross under but as you advance the motion shifts the center of gravity such that it works that you get on toe; ooutside edge and... on the arc... ... etc. this probably is too many words for a comment... Ill see. hope I did not spell too many words wrong. o yea; I saw in the game tongiht; there was no doubt; he (I don't remember who) was doing the rocking horse and; OMG; that really factors into the motion good. its another level; I saw that too; they are all mostly doing PS system in most skating but 97 is clearly doing the 2.0 stuff more of the time; I saw that too. Round two coming up... ciao

Well the back-c-cut is an effect of rotation and spirals. Lots of things, including dogs and humans, move in spirals and rotations. It's great that you're seeing it elsewhere, I hope this language helps you better understand it and continue to see it :) -Coach Mason

But OMG; yes; this is just it o damn I can't get my recording on this; go to my facebook page and its there nope I can't get them (the videos I made walking the dogs) to post. what I basically said was; the skater is a three gyroscope system: legs each one; arms. The two will torque each other; but if you do 2.0 the precession works in your favor instead of against you. So if you look at those two videos; that is basically the hockey skater; and those are the forces at work; and... nothing; I mean this is the whole point of 2.0. I said this better in the video cause I had just listened to those two videos. But I can't post them. But... the more I understand this the better the hockey skating becomes for me. All due to 2.0. the rotation... this is what the rotation these are the mechanics of rotation. and the crazy part is; instead of it tearing the living daylights out of my old hips and joints; I actually have been feeling on and I've been working it every day for an hour or so; cause; you know; if you don't do the reps of week one; week two means nothing real. Coach Yee said so. (and he this is a good coach; invents the idea of helpful. I know Im repeating myself and so on; but he does too so its ok... have a good day.

Yes, the human body moves in spirals and rotations, and those concepts are not commonly taught or understood. Notice that we're saying the same thing, except I say it in 1 sentence ;). Go have fun with this! -Coach Mason

yeah; I developed that bla bla bla way of talking at Harvard law School.... But I still like Hockey more than I like law. thanks for all the fantastic work you all do. my game has gotten so chill compared to the way it has been for the past 50 years due to the last few months of 2.0... ciao

ok Facebook took a while to put up my bla bla; yes; I know we are... Im very thrilled with all of this so I can't help myself. Yesterday I was trying to do the shoot after the 10n2 stutter and.. having a lot of trouble just doing it. But when I started to do the 10n2 I could not do that for beans; but now I can do it as if in my sleep I can live in it. But now I need to get puck handling coordinated with it. And shooting; and after an hour of trying I declared myself a retard; and; I'll go back and do it more today. If while Im struggling I think of the little physics animations and things; somehow sometimes this leads me to just realize how to do it (might just be move my foot back a little or something) and if not; nothing I enjoy it; I'm so excited about all this 2.0 all you young people doing this. So I express myself. Just for the pleasure of it. When I watch hockey now instead of a blurr; I see it. I see exactly what the players are doing. I remember the first times I saw all the museums in europe and so on. The first time I ate pizza; the first time I started to be able to use 2.0 stuff in play. I scored twice. Some a hoe who does not respect me; I did some 2.0 something and he literally fell over trying to keep up. I broke through 2D rather than getting blocked breaking into the Ozone. This stuff is so fantastic. I heard the podcast w/ you and Yee. This was very enjoyable to listen to. Thanks for all the hard work you coaches put into helping us skate and play better. I gotta get back to the 10n2 stutter now... sooner or later Ill get that down. then I can do week three; I mean stutter and shoot one. all the little stuff you all say; "walk the blue line' all this stuff starts to make sense while I'm out there and... nothing; I get better which is the point. ciao I can't not talk a lot; I'm very skinny; so I have to play with huge people who are strong and... I think I get like nervous and it ends up talking a lot. Kucherov kinda has the same problem. I scored twice last game and it was 100% due to using consciously using 2.0 stuff. (I saw Kuch the other night in Game 6 and; he slammed his stick into the clear glass stuff around the rink so hard; I guess he has issues... lols. He probably watches 2.0 a lot t0o; how else could anyone get taht smooth?
